Unladen Health
How your data is handled
Unladen Health stores the health information you add or connect — weight, activity, sleep, training and blood-test results — so the app can show it back to you. That is the only purpose it is used for.
- Your data is private to your account. No other user of Unladen Health can see it, and there is no sharing feature.
- Data is stored encrypted at rest in Australia (Supabase, Sydney region) and always moves over encrypted connections.
- The most sensitive fields — for example the medical reason behind a personal lab target, and the tokens that connect services like Oura or Strava — are additionally encrypted at the application layer, so they are unreadable even in the database itself.
- Your data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train anything.
- Operator access to the database is technically possible, as with any hosted service; it is limited by process to operating the service, and the application-layer encrypted fields stay unreadable regardless.
- You can delete your account from Settings, which permanently deletes your data.
Unladen Health shows your own numbers back to you. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice — talk to your doctor about anything it surfaces.
